So lucky to get a table on 17 March, St. Patrick's Day. We elbowed our way through crowds of people in Temple Bar to find an oasis of quiet in this quaint traditional Irish restaurant. Yeah, you heard me. Been drinking all day, and boom! we ran into the Shack for a delicious lunch. Service was great, food was great, drinks were obviously great. Highly recommend.

This one is just bang on front of The Temple Bar.. Actually we went inside The Temple Bar for lunch and drinks but couldn't find a table.. So landed up in The Shack.. The Shack has a very posh look.. Just came back from short break in Dublin , used the 2 for 1 voucher from the hop on bus , the food is absolutely lovely had the Guinness Stew really tasty our friends had the fish and chips it was huge , all nicely presented , lovely glass of red wine and it's so cosy inside staff very friendly... I have had mixed feeling after reading previous visitors' reviews, but I was in the neighbourhood so I thought I'd give it a go. The food is very very good!but the best thing is the super kind and fun stuff.there was a beautiful atmosphere with frash flawers and candle. We was in 4 and we have a amazing dinner.

Food here was beautiful!! The starters were lovely- had patè and crab fishcakes The Main was amazing! My lamb shank melted in my mouth, the portion size was big!!!
