The seafood here is always good and the service is always friendly :) But their fried mars bar is delicious! I am not a huge mars bar fan but they're batter is nice! Not too dense or thick! Just right! I would highly recommend this place!

Tried the Lemon Sole, and the neophyte behind the counter suggested that we have it sauted, rather than grilled or battered. We had the nicest piece of... More

I know this place is very famous in Galway for their good seafood, but my experience was to have undercooked fish and cold fries, I would say it's my personal experience.

In the strangely named Latin Quarter a simple chipper away from the hysteria of the Main Street- good food, simple, cheap... Hit the sweet spot for us.

This is a great chippie, making a name for itself among the other well-known fish n chips places in Galway. When a growing number of restaurants and food places in central Galway will give you the feeling of being ripped off, Kettle of fish remains a good bargain. The owner and staff are friendly, the food tastes great and if... More
