Went to dinner here and took the early bird deal. The place was almost full at 6:30 which says a lot. Service high quality and quick. Meals outstanding. Can highly recommend the boxty and the chowder.

Each of us ordered a "boxy"a type of dish wrapped in a potato pancake. The food was excellent as were the drinks and the service could not have been better.

Dropped in here for dinner without a booking. They managed to fit us in. We had the Boxty - very nice. The staff were brilliant. Also worth a visit just to take a look at the setting

Good food, good service, pleasant atmosphere. My wife had the chicken Boxit and I had the lamb Boxit and we enjoyed it. The bread could improve some but satisfactory. The warm chocolate cake was wonderful. Good experience.

Yes, parking lot was across street from the red Light leading to the restaurant. Parking garages are also nearby. We arrived the night of a parade and the parking was ample. Worry not!

Sorry just seeing this now. Hope you haven't been. I would pull up their website and check the menu. I can't recall if there was a vegan boxty or not, sorry.

Set above Bricín Shop, Bricín Restaurant and Boxty House is a well known name on the lips of many people. Opened in November 1991, its popularity is down to the fine food produced by Owner/Chef Paddy McGuire and by the warmth of welcome and hospitality shown front of house by Owner Johnny McGuire. Between them they have an exceptional product that has been 21 years plus in the making.
