Down to earth no frills great seafood. Quick (may be a short wait to get in) hot meal at a good price. No alcohol, but you go for the seafood not an evening of chatter and drinks. Sides can be chips, mushy peas, salad, or a few others. Staff is quick efficient and polite. Would go again if in town... More

Clean and inviting, this restaurant was a drop in choice, for dinner. Looks like a go to neighborhood type of place, where many locals were eating. Enjoyed fish and chips here.

I got the fish n chips here and it was so fresh and delicious. He specific fish that I got was called the "hake" which had a slightly sweet taste to it but it was so flavorful. Highly recommend trying this restaurant if you want seafood! You will not regret it!

In short, we were completely blown away by Quinlan's. Having arrived literally starving from a very long drive we ordered crab claws and open faced crab sandwiches on brown bread. The crab claws were deliciously fresh, large and succulent. The crab sandwich was actually two very generous sized portion of delicious crab meat on home made brown bread served with... More

Unexpectedly we were looking for a place to eat in Killarney while passing by and turned to tripadvisor for an advise. Came across this fish & chips place, which promised mid-range prices and had good reviews. Although we arrived around 7-8pm on Saturday and the place was packed with two couples already queuing ahead of us (and we were party... More

Our two couple group arrived for a Saturday lunch and were delighted to find the restaurant with only a few tables taken. We started with chowder which was a pale coral color thanks to a rich fish stock base according to the chef. It was just amazing especially with their brown bread on the side. Next we ordered entrees including... More

Recommended by tour guide. Nice, light meal option. We had fish and chips and was very good. In fact, one member of our party ordered something that turned out to be different than what he thought and staff graciously changed it for him. We thought this was a nice touch. No alcohol, but good food. Wait staff very friendly.
