I'm sure the cakes would have tasted very good! I selected cakes to take home, choosing one for each person at home and ending up with a mixed bag of delights. Unfortunately when it came to pay the sales assistant made four different attempts with my laser card and said he couldn't get coverage to make the sale. So my... More

I was stuck. I didn't know what type of cake to buy for a family occasion. I decided to go with a variety of pastries and cup cakes. They went down an absolute treat. I'll definitely be there again!

Mary did our Wedding Cake - we went for three tiers: Chocolate Biscuit Cake, Sponge and Fruit - each layer better than the next. I have been at many weddings since our own and I am still getting compliments on how good our wedding cake was. It was absolutely perfect. The prices are excellent as is the service. Delivered straight... More

Went for coffee and cake and was delighted to see all the cakes both display and photos. Have a great interest in novelty cakes and asked permission to photograph them which they kindly let me do. Cup cakes were delicious too!

The sweet treats that they have here are divine, the roulade and macaroons are delicious and not too expensive! Handy location to the city centre, and the staff are very kind and helpful

A lucky dip which paid off when we stepped into this sweet cafe escape the cold and rain. Hot coffee, well prepared, hot chocolate and a rhubarb slice worked wonders!

I enjoyed this cafe as it has such an assortment of cakes, slices and buns. Very good coffee and pleasant staff.

Being from Kilkenny and working around the corner from this place, I cannot recommend enough for anybody with a sweet tooth. I've tried a few different cupcakes at this stage, Oreo, red velvet, vanilla, salted caramel just to name a few. Salted caramel was my personal favourite. I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of coffee here, but... More

I called in to ask Mary, the proprietor, would she be able to make cupcakes for an author who was visiting our store the next day. Not only could she make the cupcakes for the very next day but she was also able to put the cover of the author's book on each cupcake. The author was so impressed as... More
