Popular with the Munster rugby crowd, this gets busy later in the evening. We ate about 6 pm and had choice of tables, but later it was busy. Very good food of the hearty meaty variety, with portions to keep the front row happy (could...More

I'm not familiar with the area with this being only my second visit to Limerick since 1987. But of the few places I visited on my quick stop in town, Dolan's was my favorite. It was a quiet Sunday night, Super Bowl Sunday no less!...More

I visited Dolans many thanks NES over the last few years and it's one of the top music venues in Ireland. There is often trad music in the front bar. Most bands touring in Ireland include Dolans. The food is always of a high quality.

Not impressive looking from the outside, but inside it was charming, and a place not to miss! They had live, authentic Irish music, but not too loud that we couldn't talk to each other. The Guiness was smooth and creamy, and the food was absolutely...More
