Nice wee seafood chowder and Guinness after a wee walk up the hill. Nice bar, with Irish charm and a turf fire.

No staff waited a long while and landlady then served a regular before me. Had been here numerous times but pub could offer a lot more if better run. Lady lady was clearly struggling and mumbled that 2 staff hadn't turned up but could have handled things better. A great location so is always going to be busy ...but let... More

Believe me, if you are going to climbing the Croagh Patrick, are you going to need a very good food and a pint of your favorite drink and this is the best place in the bottom of the Croagh Patrick. The prices are very good as well. Very good chowder for 6.95 euros.

Lovely looking bar and that beer when you finish the climb is the nicest one ever. The pub is lovely and seats at the front and rear. Would be lovely out the back on a summers day. Serves food with a very limited menu but handy for a quick fix. Staff could do with cheering up a bit.

We came here as part of a stag party in May. Pints were tasty and expertly served with a smile. We didn't eat the Bar/Restaurant food but it looked great as it was passing us! We had arranged a group BBQ and we were brought out to the beer garden and sat in "The Shed" and we feasted! It was... More

I wandered into this establishment by chance after descending Croagh Patrick . I was warmly greeted with a delicious pint of Guinness ,friendly bar staff and a cozy turf fire. My friends soon joined me and we settled into some banter , pints and craic . A combination that typifies a great Irish pub . I met the proprietor and... More

Very impressed with the meal we had in this pub after climbing Croagh Patrick. Lovely atmosphere, views out the bay and friendly, helpful service. The food was delicious and very good value. (Put the menus or food service times on your website.....we nearly missed that eating here was an option!!)

At the foot of the Pilgrim's Path up Croagh Patrick, Campbell's is exactly the kind of traditional Irish pub you would hope to find waiting for you after a long climb. Friendly and efficient service, pleasant atmosphere. Good pub.
