Compact but comfortable casual dining in Waterford city, situated at the bridge end of the quay opposite the bus station. Staff are prompt, pleasant and helpfully. A reasonable selection of food to choose from at a reasonable price. I enjoyed a portion of fish in a nice light beer batter, along with chips and a salad. A return visit when I am feeling... More

We enjoyed the food. Had the fish and chips and a burger! Fish and chips were delicious and the bartender recommended great Irish beers to complement our meal!

We were here for lunch. There were 2 specials on and an extensive lunch menu. Desserts looked gorgeous and are home made which is lovely to see. We had a great 8oz steak, tender, perfectly cooked, well trimmed with mushrooms, onions, a pepper sauce, a lovely fresh salad and the most lovely home made chips cooked in fresh oil..for €16.99... Went with the other half on a Friday night, had a three course meal with a lovely wine. Menu is good, waiting staff were great and the food itself was delicious and well presented. Will definitely be back.

Spot on pub fare, I have a haddock special, cooked to perfection, great tasting sauce. Partner had breaded chicken special, again cooked to perfection, fast friendly service, €35 including two alcoholic drinks. What more could you want.

Always a recommendation of mine when advising guests where to go. The food is a mix of fairly standard European food done to a very high standard and with good service. Recommended!
