Called in on Sunday 19th. First time for a few years. Lovely refurb and a very good menu. My wife had the fish and chips, should have been called whale and chips!!! Ribs were gorgeous and Lamb burger very nice. Will definitely be going again!

I cannot fault anything, the staff are friendly and helpful and look like they enjoy their job. The place it's self is lovely and comfortable and welcoming. The food is fantastic, it's well worth it. Definately recomended. We really enjoyed our evening with you especially my birthday treat, thank you

Came here last Sunday for a Sunday lunch dinner with my husband and 2 children. We have been previously and really enjoyed. Again we had a good experience but we were rather disappointed about the amount of beef you got with the roast dinner, 1 piece and although very tasty was very fatty. I just feel for the amount of... We visited the Ship at Eaton on Saturday evening at about 6.00pm The Staff could not have been more accommodating. The decor and ambiance were very calming and comfortable. The food was excellent and at a reasonable price. We dined early as The Ship have live music after about 9.00pm. We wished to talk so went early.

Waiter spilled food. Expensive for what you get (like 100g per serving) and not great quality either.

We stopped on spec for a light lunch. What a gem this pub is. Although the barman was doubling up as a waiter as well, this was not a problem. The decor was pleasant and sparkling clean. We opted for three tapas dishes. They were all excellent being beautifully cooked and presented. Service, though staff were thin in the ground,... More

When I asked if we could choose the table I was told No.. in case they had a rush on. Was a good thing they didn't have rush, the service was INCREDIBLY slow and they... More

Just home from a visit to the beautiful Ship Inn. It was our first time and will definitely not be our last. Myself and my sister had 7 items from the tapatiser menu and every dish was outstanding and extremely delicious. My daughter had a sandwich which didn't lack in filling! All in which was excellent value for money and... More
