A wonderful small restaurant in Chipping Campden. Genuine Italian food, or, spicy and just right. Service was excellent, prices good and food wonderful. Small but very good cellar of Italian wines.

Stopped off in the gorgeous village of Chipping Camden for an evening meal. Picked Caminetto from several competing eateries and we weren't disappointed. Lovely food, great service, friendly staff and owners.

Ordered the Chef's special and were pleasantly surprised at how good they were! Pasta dishes were tasty and filling. The chef came out himself to make sure we were pleased and the staff was attentive. Try the tiramisu! One of the best we have ever...More

Enjoyed an evening meal here with another couple. Menu had ample choice, including pizzas and all the expected pasta, meat and fish dishes one expects to find in Italian restaurants up and down the country. I thoroughly enjoyed the minestrone soup, an excellent lasagne and...More

Such a shame. A beautiful building and a potentially beautiful room. But it's like stepping back into the 1970s. Shades of Fawlty Towers décor. Dusty, messy, just not where it should be for the 21st century. It feels like a family running it who just...More

We enjoyed lunch here recently. The decor is old fashioned so try not to let that put you off but the food itself was delicious and cooked fresh from scratch. Generous portions - the lasagne was particularly memorable. Friendly waiting staff.

Please don't let the dates decor of this restaurant put you off! The food is absolutely superb! Best calamari we've had outside of Crete! The hake was divine and the owner/chef is just charming. Visit highly recommended.

We enjoyed a delicious meal...everything was perfectly cooked. We started with prawns and calimari, which were tender and flavorful. I had the tortellini with ricotta - the pasta must have been handmade - it was that good. My husband had the lasagna- one of the...More

Hi Shawn From your review, you had an absolutely horrid time in an Italian restaurant called Caminetto in Sydney. The restaurant for which you left your review has the same name, but is in Chipping Campden in the UK. We went there recently and had a much nicer experience. Best wishes Alison
