This is a great place for a hot lunch. The food is really tasty and has a home comfort feel to it. I'm not vegetarian but its definitely one of my favourite lunch spots in Manchester.

Ive visited the shop and the coffee. Everyone is very nice and polite but it's safe to say that some of the prices of the shop are way to high... but the fresh stuff like pies and savoury things are amazing. Same goes to the coffe/restaurant I had a bowl of soup and it was betweeen £3-£4 pounds? And I... More
I tried their coconut curry pie and my friend had their mung bean stew and both of us were very happy with the flavours and portions. Really tasty. Their brownies are good as well. Easy style canteen food with a daily changing menu and fairly priced.

They offer a selection of soups, stews or curries, bakes and dahl on a daily basis, as well as salads, cakes, brownies, and other grab-and-go food from the upstairs deli. Prices are reasonable - a customer can expect to pay from £3... More
The appeal of this place isn't just for vegetarians and vegans, such is the diversity of products it sells. Furthermore, the deli counter sells superb freshly prepared food (hot and cold) - today I enjoyed the teriyaki tofu wrap, superb! For vegetarians and vegans though, this place is an Aladdin's Cave. Well worth a browse around the shop then head... More

I bought a vegan mayo from the shop and made the best tasting vegan coronation 'chicken' and some coleslaw I've ever had! Much better than any veggie version I've tried in... More
