Not easy to find, this little restaurant is well worth a visit! The lamb curry was tender and juicy, the keema very tasty and the garlic naan to die for. Friendly staff, a good atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. Four of us ate...More

Where else can you get a tasty, filling, wholesome hot meal for under a fiver? But This & That isn't just a bargain - the food is really tasty, with a different menu each day of the week.

This little place looks so unassuming from the outside but its the food that's important here. I liked that the menu was small, i hate wading through those massive menus that you get in a lot of Indian restaurants. I had vegetarian potatoes and spinach,...More

You stand in line cafeteria style to order your selection(s) of curries over rice. Vegetarian options available along with lamb, beef, and chicken. I had the vegetarian options (3) and all were delicious. The restaurant is tucked away on a side street and looks like a...More

Can't argue with the food or prices. No-nonsense curry cafe that serves a range of curries, breads, bhajis and samosas. Veggie/vegan options available.

A true hidden gem tucked within a back alley in the Norther Quarter. Lovely staff and great food, I'll be obsessing over this and would recommend anyone that enjoys a busy, canteen style atmosphere and authentic curries

Don't let the grimy exterior and street put you off, this is a great place £5.50 or so for 3 great authentic curries and rice in the city centre :) Be aware that water is £1.80 ( they have to pay the bills somehow) but...More

A family run business established for over 20 years, we're one of Manchester's favourite Indian Curry Houses. We offer a huge choice of delicious curries and are located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, tucked away on Soap Street.
