Here we had the best tarte flambée we tried in Colmar... perfect crispy base and good combinations of toppings to choose from (including a couple of dessert ones which we didn't try because we were so full!). Good house wine to accompany the meal. Friendly service and great value. Make a reservation as it's tiny!

Ate here twice during our visit to colmar. Fantastic little restaurant with excellent food and service. Definitely recommend to reserve a table, while we were there they had to turn down all walk in customers.

Very small and cosy place run by 2 very friendly women. Great choice of tarte famblee including a few sweet ones too. It might be worth booking in advanced as it has only like 7 tables

Went there with another family based in a recommendation from a local. Previous reviewer is clueless about Tarte Flambé. This was excellent Alsatian Tarte Flambe or Flamkucken if your from Germany. Small place. Officially opens at 7pm for dinner. We arrived 30 minutes prior to opening and the owner seated us and started our dinner. Glad we got there early... More

Please. This is about really good pizza, however you want to call it: tarte flambé. This not a French Restaurant, but a pizza place. There is no other food. My wife and I ordered flambé from two different groups. They tasted the same. Where was the tomato and olives? Never found. Trip Advisor does its membership a disservice by rating... More

I dont like big restaurants. So the small atmosphere in this tiny one was really nice. There are only 14 seats and 6 at the bar. So you should have a reservation! The flams/ flamecake was big and delicious. Service was very friendly. I would suggest it!!!

Came here for lunch on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised. Great value for the tartes flambées and great service. The chef was nice enough to give some history on the special Ribeaupierre cheese used in their dishes. Tried to come for lunch again on Sunday and they were full.

Small, cozy, it is a gem hidden in Colmar. You could definitely see how the kitchen lady makes the flamekuchen as the kitchen is open. I would rather label dining here as pure local experience rather than savoring great food, considering how hard-to-fail it is to make good flamekuchen (yet I still have seen a lot of them overly baked...
