This is a very nice place to enjoy Alsase cuisine in the heart of Colmar. Located in the fantastic hotel, this restaurant offers haute cuisine dishes at affordable price! Pigeon, deer or beef - all of them are delicious! Plus great compliments such as appertisers or desserts!

Visiting Colmar is always a treat and this restaurant fit perfectly. The service was excellent in this beautiful place. Everybody, from the manager (we mistakenly booked for two instead of four) to the sommelier were very friendly and competent. I ordered the Menu Gourmand de l'Echevin: the truffle pumpkin soup was probably the best pumpkin soup I've ever had. The... More

I have been at the restaurant several times, it is actually among my favorites in Colmar. You go there if you want a gourmet cuisine, a peaceful and cozy atmosphere, a nice place on the river in the heart of Petit Venise. They have a nice terrace on the river. The food is really very good, the portions are not... More

The restaurant advertises itself on the wall as "remarkable table". The only remarkable thing about it seems ro be its location and cozy interior because when it comes to food and service things get very bad to a point that you want to leave in the middle of the meal. A very pretentious young tall waitress takes your order and... More

It is not cheap, but it is good. Very nice ambience, with traditional cooking. Service was excellent, and the food quite good.

This was the gourmet dining experience of our trip. So where to start. I guess we were lucky to get a reservation on short notice for a Saturday night. Is there a good reason that the hostess/server didn't hand us menus when we were being seated? Shouldn't this be standard procedure. We didn't order an apertif, just water and tap... More

Perhaps the best, difficult to say, we only visited 7 of the well rated ones in the city. Anyway, we had the best meal in Colmar there. It is upscale and so are its prices, but it’s worth it. They have a large dining are inside and a small one outside, bordering the little stream that meanders through the city.... More

Excellent ambiance, food and service. The only disturbing issue regards the music; classic music and diner may match very well but not classical marches and Mozart's requim.

We rarely eat in the hotel restaurants we stay in, but took a chance and ate in this one. We were nicely surprised by the ambiance of the entire setting. The restaurant was very quaint, and quiet, our window seat view was the Petite Venise, and the serving staff was marvelous. Pricing was very reasonable. The food was excellent. We... More

Food, view, ambiance and service -- all were perfect!! Very flexible on the prix fixe menu. The crab salad was to die for.
