The restaurant is far from the city centre, but easily reachable by bus (number 24 from Ancienne Douane). It is famous for its flammekueche (tarte flambée), which actually taste really nice. Better to reserve, since it is quite popular among locals. Price are not the cheapest, but good value for money

The restaurant is located in a nice old Alsatian house. Inside it's cute, but nothing special. The service was good, the waitresses polite, but the moment we finished our food they would come take our plates away and ask us if we need something more...or the bill. We found the service welcoming and the advice helpful in finding the lesser-known Alsatian delicacies amid the obvious flammekeuchen, choucroute etc. The apple and myrtille tartes flambee were a very good foil to the potato pancakes, bibeleskass etc. We were staying nearby, which made it all the better as the 1 km walk helped compensate for the generous portions.
