Visited for lunch after a long morning travelling to Bordeaux. Me and my partner both had the baked camembert, which was served with a basket of fresh bread and an attractive looking side salad. The wine was also superb, which of course would be expected in Bordeaux! Overall, would certainly recommend for a relaxing lunch in an attractive setting.

Stumbled on this small place at the suggestion of the restaurant down the street, which sent us to L'oiseau Cabossé since the first place was booked. The "petite assiette" came with a colorful assortment of grated vegetables (carrots, beets, radishes on a bed of lettuce). The menu offers a selection of vegetable based "tartes" as well as a "plat du... More

We had 3 lunches plus drinks. More expensive than just a sandwich but we enjoyed the meal and the price was reasonable.

Just travelled from San Sebastián to Bordeaux via 5 hour bus trip and were a little hungry. Found this quaint little place and were welcomed "with open arms" by the maitre de who in English provided detail on the lunch menu. I have to say after being disappointed at times with some of the tapas we tried in Spain this... More

Great little place with friendly staff. We chose it as it was very busy compared to the neighbouring establishments, proved to be a good choice.

Only downside is they're only open for lunch. However they were happy to serve us the perfect espresso before midday each day that we showed up. Super friendly staff and a joy to watch them interact in the kitchen. Daily menu written up at noon each day, using local fresh ingredients. We had the asparagus and green bean risotto and... More

very nice staff, attentive, kind and super sympa. Good food, especially tarte aux courgettes et chevre; risotto aux petits pois and quiche Lorraine. Welcoming for lunch even at 14.30, when all other restos have closed down!
