Wonderful welcome from the staff. A young woman , who was looking after us, was very helpful with the menue. We chose different dishes and they were all delicious. No problem to give us time between the courses. All in all another great experience in Bordeaux.

We sat at a large table for six neat the door and throughout the whole meal we suffered with a strong stink of sewage. It seemed to be coming from the corner of the table by the door/window. I was sitting across and it was incredibly strong, in waves. Sickening. I complained about it during the meal but got no... More

Friends had chosen and booked this restaurant, somewhat off the tourist route and in a very pleasant area. The restaurant is not particularly imposing from the outside but it is warm and bustling inside with a great atmosphere and full of local Bordelais. The carte and menus were full of interesting choices and the food and service was exceptional. The... More

We chose this restaurant on a whim. We hadn't booked anything for Saturday evening but eating early (7.30pm) we saw this Bistro from the Tram and took a chance. Luckily they had a table free upstairs and we're glad they did. It's a little way outside of the Bordeaux main town, but we'll worth it in our opinion. We had... More

Fast and friendly service, good price, good location. They have a variety of menu and wine. Their desert was quite good.

Small bistro with original menu and thoughtful wine list. We ordered evening seafood plat-Fantastic! Coquilles Saint-Jacques(scallopes), Hake(white fish) and Risotto aux cèpes crémeux(mushroom risotto). BEST. Outstanding, courteous service with staff that made every attempt to talk with us in English and our broken-French. We merrily chatted with neighborhood locals and Parisian visitors. White Bordeaux with seafood and Pommeral with the... More

This restaurant has gone downhill. We happily dined here last year but tonight's visit was just horrible. My husband ordered the beef dish-medium rare. When it was brought out the meat was simply raw. He sent it back only to have it come back burnt, charred and over cooked. The dish was inedible and when our waitress came to check... More

As it came highly reviewed and recommended, we were excited to give it a try. The set menu was small and limited. The portions were average but the food well made. It had all the usual that one would find in any bistro. Unfortunately the dishes lacked flavor or any depth. It was sadly unmemorable. With many better restaurants in... More

We booked for over 30 engineers and their partners as part of a big business meeting in Bordeaux. The staff at the Restaurant could not have been more helpful in planning the menu choices, wine selection and in making all the arrangements. On the evening we had the use of an upstairs room and the food was beautifully cooked and... More

Arrived a bit early but when the place got going good atmosphere. Maybe a bit of music early on would be welcoming. We were a party of eight and all enjoyed our food. Lovely menu du jour with a good choice of dishes, well cooked and presented. Would definitely go back. The town does need to do something about the... More
