After a week in Dijon we realised that the portions in most gourmet restaurants were small for our standards, anyway the food in this restaurant is very good and I think the price/quality as well. I would go back to enjoy more of their menu. The lunch options are more affordable so go if you are in town, mostly we... More

We visit this restuarant without any review despite being our first day of our trip. From outside, it seems to be a modest restuarant. The inside decoration is on the other hand, a kind of chic restuarant. The menu does offer many choices, but all we had were very delicious and touched our palate! Lobster and crab salad is a... This was an unexpected gem recommended by our AIRBNB host and what a recommendation this was! Despite looking modest and charging modestly, the food was of utmost quality. We have eaten a lot of fine food and Michelin started food and this definitely almost (but not quite) borders on Michelin quality but without the frills but at a significantly lower... More

This was my second visit to DZ'Envies and I went with high expectations as my previous visit two or so years ago was fantastic. I'm delighted that we had as good an experience again. I had the fillet mignon and my wife had the salmon. She said it was the best salmon dish she had ever had and my meal... More

The food was amazing. My husband ordered the appetizer/main/dessert of the day; I got one of the taste of Dijon (I think that's what it's called) meals. Both were delicious. The wait staff was great helping us with translation. Make a reservation. We went for lunch on a Saturday, go there just after noon, and got the last table that... More

Restaurant was recommended by hotel staff and hence we had reasonably high expectations. Our dishes were very tasty and reasonably priced and the chef and his team deserve a big tick. There we plenty of wait staff who, with some additional training and guidance from management, could have made all the difference Unfortunately they were not able to provide sufficient... More

After visiting the market halls (very clean , huge variety of specialties on offer) we had built up quite an appetite and after walking one round of Les Halles decided for DZ Envies. We had no reservations and the place was full - lunch time is usually very busy! When walking out, however, a waitress followed us, asking if we... More

DZ'Envies purports to be a cut above the other restaurants in the Les Halle's area in Dijon. Perhaps in style, presentation, and price it is, but we found the food to be ordinary and the service to be indifferent and inattentive. Perhaps it as because it was a holiday night and they were busy or perhaps do not have for... More
