My wife and I enjoyed a very romantic dinner here last Sept. We ate outside, and enjoyed the fact that this lovely restaurant is on the fantastic Place Dauphine. Mo matter what time of the day, this quiet intimate park is a joy to experience....More

Stopped in for an early dinner before departing on an evening river cruise. The square that the restaurant is located in is really pretty, and so quiet. We both had steak, which was great and dessert was good too, but the service was really disappointing....More

We went here based on yet another recommendation from our hotel. The food was pretty good and the presentation very good. No problems at all with the menu or the service. I had the pate appetizer, rolled chest of pork entre and tart for dessert...More

Just wanted a small lunch, and they were si helpful. Let me explain in French and only helped out where necessary; didn’t completely take over in English, which can happen. The pate was excellent and when I was running out of superb toasted bread, they...More

I had the worst experience I have possibly ever had at this restaurant. The waitress there was just so incredibly rude to us. We hadn't done anything, so I can only assume it was because we were speaking English. It was just a horrible experience....More

On the City Isle but off the beaten path. Friendly staff, good food, and an up close view of the park where the locals gather to play bocci ball and drink wine.

Great experience altogether. We booked at the last minute and were given a nice outdoor table for 4. Both meet and fish were perfectly cooked. The team was very nice and friendly. Rose will always have a special meaning to us as our son swallowed...More

Located on a quiet square. Service was brusque, but our meal was delicious. A local couple sitting next to us gave us some suggestions from their frequent visits. We had an antipasti platter, shrimp risotto and stuffed chicken breast. All was very good.

Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very
heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité,
sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of
Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the
site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held
before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic
Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the
Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island,

I found the proprietor responsive and professional. The restaurant is very small, maybe 20 diners and worth hanging in. It is quite likely that the area was affected by the recent flooding.

Depending upon the time of year and time of day, you may not need a reservation. Many Americans are just finishing dinner as Parisians and other Europeans are arriving. If you eat early (before 7 ) you might be ok. However... More
