Jam packed at 7.30pm when we dropped by before the 9pm Lido show. Expectations were pretty low I would have to say - and I expected expensive pricing. I was pleasantly surprised on both fronts as the prices were reasonable and the food was excellent quality. I can now say I have had Pork Ribs and Mashed Potatoes on the... More

We were about to leave Paris and wanted a quick light late lunch. I ordered a Crepe; how bad can you go? Worst crepe ever!!!!! Place is great for people watching and drinks but terrible food and pricey.

Stopped for lunch, where the waiter straightaway told us we should get the drink of the day. It wasn't until the bill came that we found out that the mix of mango and orange juice was €14!! Ordered a burger and a salad but burger was sent back as it was completely rare. This was average food but more expensive... More

We were pretty jet lagged the first day and found this to be a very nice place to have lunch. I had a nice Salmon filet and thought it was a good value. Nice unpretentious atmosphere as well.

This was our first night in Paris and we were hungry. We chose to dine at the George V as it seemed a lovely and inviting place. First thing we were asked as we entered is if we preferred 'smoking' or 'non smoking' dining, as we are non smokers, we were taken inside and sat at the back, we were... More

Stylish and impressive. The service was impeccable. The Croque Madam was the most unique presentation I've ever seen. The eggs were so tiny and perfect! I would recommend this restaurant for snacks, lunch or dinner anytime.

Strolling down the Champs Elysees and looking for a scenic cafe to pause for refreshment? We chose George V right on the boulevard and were not disappointed. My husband, two grown sons, my brother and his wife were all graciously accomodated and shown the utmost courtesy. We chose this as the location for our French onion soup and it was... More
