We went here for a Christmas Eve dinner because it was Michelin recommended. The restaurant had a few french Nationals, German Nationals and Americans and was full. It seats about 30 patrons. We had the prix fixe menu at 85 Euros each plus one wine...pairing for 35 Euros. Our dinner consisted of several courses, the first being caviar on a toast point along with salmon raw. That was fine nothing special. This was followed by a spring roll filled with a scallop, with a small 3 bite salad on the side, and was actually the best dish. This was followed with a lemon sorbet cleanser and then the main course of beef tenderloin strips, then a cheese with a piece of bread course and a chocolate pistachio layer cake. Nothing about any of the courses was exceptional, or really that tasty. We looked up the 3 wines on the Vivinio app, and those bottles are available in the US from 13 to $15. The Cote de Rhone white was actually pretty tasty and rated a 3.8 on the app. Service was unfortunate as the restaurant only accepted reservations that evening and a 50% down payment, which means they knew exactly what they'd be serving and how many people would be there. Somewhat elderly couple or serving, and they were nice enough but forgetful and very slow. We were served by the gentleman and we spoke a mix of French and English with him, but he had to ask us several times what we ordered and they had forgotten our last wine, so we had to remind of that. For a restaurant of that price and size we would have expected significantly stronger service, much better presentation, and food that had something special in terms of interesting or creative flavoring or pairings. By comparison a few days earlier we had eaten at a small local restaurant in Epernay, that did not require reservation and was about the same size. There the food was exceptional, mostly what we would expect from a good French restaurant, with creative pairings tastes and a nice well priced wine offering. In summary while our dinner was okay we would not return to this restaurant.More

Yum! This restaurant is a find I’ll share with my friends and family for sure. We booked a table at 7 (early for Paris) and we’re the first ones in the door. We were greeted by the owner who it turns out speaks excellent English!...He’s warm, attentive and very knowledgeable about the extensive wine list. It filled up before long but was still quiet. French food with a hint of Japanese influence. I would have tried the wagyu nigiri but wanted to balance out my main course. I started with the mushrooms au gratin with snail butter then the lamb chops. My wife had the “just cooked” cod with Kurozu sauce (melt in your mouth good). She really loved the fried fig and ice cream dessert. We really appreciated the creative combination of vegetables and organic freshness. I’ve eaten at many fine restaurants and this one deserves its spot in the Michelin guide. A really good value, this meal would cost at least twice as much at home in California. If you’re looking for a quiet romantic dinner with spot on service and delicious food and wine you won’t be disappointed. The evening for us was a highlight of our vacation.More

Fantastic stylish and cozy restaurant with gourmet cuisine and outstanding quality of service. If you like a mix of french and japanese style of cooking, using the best ingridients and methods (eg vacuum cooking of veggies and a very tasty half-raw tuna with sesame seeds were my highlights of the dinner), you will fall in love with this place. I will be back and recommend to those who value taste, style and beauty in food and attentive service all at once.More

This restaurant offers a fusion between French cuisine and Japanese influxes. The portions were generous and the food was very nice! Honest, high quality ingredients were magically transformed into delicious dishes in which the ‘terroir’ was still very present. The wines by the glass were...really really tasteful. The man and woman in the service were adorable! Service was casual and very polite and we felt no rush or anything! This is a place you can make a home. We will definitely return when back in Paris.More

The place has amazing food which must be tried. A delicious mixture of traditional French food and, strangely, Japanese! All accompanied by amazing wine. The restaurant is all organic and the Wagu beef is the best I have ever tasted. The service was second to...non - despite my very limited French the waiter (possibly the owner?) could not have been more helpful. Extremely worth the visit. You will not be disappointed.More
