Awful wine, Awful food. Only went here on reviews and the people that eat here must eat really terrible food. Over priced terrible food Basicly. Your best off getting some street food.

And believe it or not, it was simply good. you can always complain about stupid things, but it's more your character that should change then. The waiters were very friendly,... More

Dropped in for a late snack on our first night in Paris and were very happy with the polite and decent service with which we were welcomed. Prices are average.

Great soup and, for me, a fine chardonnay and a seafood risotto with a filet of white fish. Maybe not four stars but a really nice and exceptionally friendly... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
