Simply one of the best restaurants we have ever been to - it was so good we went there twice within a 5 day trip to Paris. Its a relatively modest sized restuarant so we would recommend pre-booking. We were warmly welcomed by the host...and shown to a window seat. He does speak some English to help guide you as necessary. There are menus in both French and English which includes a pasta of the day, a meat dish of the day and a fish dish of the day. The daily options are written on a large mirror to the rear of the restaurant. Its spotlessly clean - including the toilet area. The food is simply delicious being freshly cooked to order and with seasonal ingredients. The service is warm, friendly and impeccable and just at the right speed. Wine is available either by the glass or bottle and was always of a very high standard. Next time we are in Paris this is a definite dining place for us.More

We had an amazing lunch here. It's a beautiful, small restaurant with lovely staff and a great greeting dog! The food was delicious, and the Pain Perdu is the best I have ever had. We will return next time we are in Paris for sure!

We dined here as part of a tour group. The owner and his family were so friendly and accommodating. The interior was clean and well appointed with charming tile work. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the carpaccio and Sea Bream. And plenty...of good wine and champagne. Thank you so much for starting our visit to Paris on a high note.More

Our party of eight had a wonderful meal at Phebe! My pea soup entree was the best pea soup I've ever had, and the salmon main course was also great. The atmosphere at Phebe was beautiful and not loud at all. Our waiter was so...friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I was able to make a reservation. It was a perfect dinner for our last night in Paris!More

Greeted with a warm welcome from both Father and Son to their beautiful classically Parisian restaurant we ate a stunning Cote de Boeuf washed down with a delicious Chasse Spleen. It was simply a pleasure to be served with such enthusiasm about their food and...wine in this atmospheric restaurant, all along overseen by Truffe (their black Labroador puppy) who is gorgeous. Phebe will be my first port of call on my next visit to Paris. Superb.More

We dined at Phebe on our last evening in Paris and are glad we did. Thebe is a small, handsomely decorated eatery with a limited menu. All 3 of us made different menu choices but shared a fruit and cream dessert, and everything was superb.

Lovely family-run restaurant, off track from the touristy areas. The interior of the restaurant is antique and charming. The service was very friendly, and we had nice chats with the staff who really made the atmosphere. They had a limited selection of vegetarian mains but...the starters were delicious and we even got free profiteroles. What more could you ask?More

We had a great evening at Phebe from the welcoming all the way to the goodbye, it was a pleasure to be a guest at Phebe. The interior of this owner-managed jewel is paired with bright and upper scaled as well as humouros elements which...is summed up by the past use of this restaurant, which was a rum production facility. The reason I chose this place with my friend, was the fact that the menu had vegetarian main course which struggled to find easily in this neighbourhood. Luckily there was even a daily special that was vegetarian, so we got to choose. The ravioli royans were absolutely delicious. I myself enjoyed the pork filet with honey and sesame which was outstanding as well. The fries I ordered were homemade and could be a bit more crispy for my perspective. The Wine recommendation, I asked for my main course, was also excellent and done by the colleague of the owner. I can recommend the restaurant Phebe to people, who are looking for relaxed spot with limited capacity (it‘s beautiful small but has a terrace for the warm season) and a very personal touch including humor. I wish all the best to the team of Phebe!More
