When I asked my son the other day whether he wanted to eat lunch at Nouilles Fraîches or any other restaurant in our area, he chose Nouilles Fraiches without question. Why? Not only can you see the cooking staff hand pull the noodles and cook...them up in front of your table (entertainment in itself), the food they serve is fresh, delicious, and enough to fill your stomach. My son always orders pork dumplings and the stir fried noodles with roast pork while I usually take the shrimp nems and the noodle soup with pork dumplings (which they make spicy if requested). Service can be a little slow around 1 pm when the place is packed with take-out and seated clients, but as soon as you order, food arrives soon afterwards. The staff are also quite kind. Decor is a bit sterile and basic, but free WiFi is available,More
This place looks completely average from outside. They make fresh noodles there. I had one of the very best lunches ever - EVER! They have noodle dishes, soups, plenty of other main dishes and also a great variety of appetizers (fried gyoza - yum!).
Hi all, I came here with family and friends. We stay close by. We were with 6 and at 19:00 had a table for us.
People could have only speak French or Chinese. Same with menu. 3 chefs are from china.
They served portions of...several types of noodles and some friend rice. They also had as hors d’ouvres dim sum. Seems all like handmade. They also had a soup with wonton or jiaozi/ Beijing dumplings.
All looked great so we basically order 1 portion person and a soup and 2 starters. Wow huge mistake. The portion is large enough for 2 if you also order a starter. Also certain dishes can combine with a drink and starter along with main noodle soup or fried noodle. Quite good value.
There were some serious stars here. Let’s start with a disappointing dish. The fried rice. Still You should know better than to order rice in a restaurant called fresh noodles.
The best are the fresh noodles. But they also have fresh cut noodles, mihoen/glass noodles and rice cakes. There is a choice of soup base or wok fried. The soup base is the choice. Truly tasty and fits perfect with the handmade noodles.
2 items sprang out. The seafood or beef stew noodle hot pot. The broths were different. In the cold weather very statisfying.
I order the jiaozi soup. Enough for 4 people with 8 dumplings total. The soup base with seaweed in it was amazing. I really enjoyed them. The dim sum dumplings were ok but not so special.
Would I rate this place a 9. I don’t thknow nl so. But it is a great place if you have a craving of Chinese style noodle soup.More
