A nice surprise. Very friendly and the food was Very Good. Good Menu a lot of selections. Good wine. We had the prim fixed menu, vegetable soup, flank steaks, and roasted potatoes. We had the Ice cream with rum. Very tasty. No tourists when we were there. It's were the locals eat.

So after a tip online to visit the area Le marais in Paris we found this little restaurant, I can tell you that you get value for your money, very nice food and a very nice staff, the owner even took the time to tell us something about the chefs choice of wine for the evening. I can highly recommend... More

The restaurant is in a charming building with nice decor and large windows. The menu has a lot of classic French options. The service was prompt and the food was quite good. This is not an upscale place but it is a good value and a good meal.

This is a brilliant restaurant! Food is delicious-mixture of French and other menus. I had fish which was perfectly cooked. Different priced menus-some affordable. But the best thing was the waiters-hilarious and entertaining, kind and attentive-the best service I have had anywhere!

I had a dinner at this lovely and tiny restaurant at le Marais area. More than a restaurant it looks to be an art gallery and it makes this spot an unique venue. Besides of this the atmosphere is friendly and food is great

Looks nice with reasonable pricing and art spirit. Expectations of a nice place for tourists with onion soup (you would not get an onion soup in the Real French restaurant). That was not the best day for the cook with both main course plates with meat. For Paris and 68Euro with wine it was disappointing. But you can make another... More

The staff were very nice, unfortunately the food was not. We choose steak and duck from the 29€ menu. Came with soggy, very oily, inedible chips. We complained and they brought rice and ratatouille, but this was also poor. Awful for the high price.

We went with some friends to that place because it was quiet and wanted to have a light and cheap lunch. The service is fast and reasonably polite but it is really overpriced. The waiter asked us if we wanted to have some cider. Popular cheap drink, we should have asked for the price... we ended paying 21 Euros for... More

Friendly greeting on a quiet night (Tuesday in February). Bright decor with some interesting paintings. Food first class - smoked salmon to start (with fried bread - it works) and seared tuna. The Chef came out to tell us about the food and the wine (it was a quiet night so I wouldn't expect this treatment every time). Overall a... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
