- Awesome all veggie falafel freshly prepared, with "fill as much you want" salad & toppings bar. - Tad pricier and lesser variety than its amsterdam cousin, but still great.

My father and I had some falafel here. Sure it doesn't look much more than a hole in the wall, but they offer some limited seating (around six-eigth seats) and you get to add the topping of your own choice. Above average falafel experience I would say, and not to steep prices. Big falafel in pita for 5€.

It was a good relief for my 60 year old mother who is a Hindu vegetarian. The big falafel wrap costs :::: 6.5 eur and is very filling with 5 large falafel balls . You can add your veggies in your plate yourself . It is a good - no frills veg meal . I am satisfied

If people have eaten in a Maoz elsewhere it is exactly the same as elsewhere. Delicious fresh, veggie food, help yourself to loads of salad. Surely the best value anywhere in Paris? Staff were great as well.

Ate here one evening while passing through the Latin quarter. Maoz is a nice oasis from all the hubbub of this area. Everything is freshly made. The restaurant space is small - similar to locations in Manhattan. The salad bar is ok. I have seen better variety at locations in the US. The fries were awesome. Freshly fried and a... More

They not only expect you to prepare the sauce and salad of fallafel but also the taste is not good at all. They also do not accept credit cards Definitely do not come Grade of the restaurant is extremely overrated.

The top reviews of this tiny falafel take out restaurant are spot on. Fresh balls of falafel in either a fresh pita sandwich, as a meal (with drink & fries) or a salad. Pump your own tahini dressing (the more the better) and add your own toppings & sauces. I loved the cilantro sauce & the combination of the beets... More

Maoz had wonderful Falafel and fries. You get your falafel and then can choose from a "salad bar" what you want to put on it. Really yummy.

Love this place. My family visits Paris annually and always make a stop here. Food is quick and delicious. There is a buffet of fresh salad add ons to your eggplant, falafel or hummus sandwich. Great flavors. Been to one in Barcelona and see there is one in NYC so others have found this place to be a winner too.

It's a hole in the wall on a busy street. It's pretty easy to miss the place.keep your eyes open while looking for Maoz. It's completely a vegetarian place. More of a take away on the go joint. The pita with the falafel and the dressings and condiments just cannot be missed. It's simply delicious!!!

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
