10 euro is pretty pricey for a bowl of granola and organic yoghurt. But so worth it!! We enjoyed a great breakfast, yummy juices and the best coffee in Paris on a sunday morning in Rose Bakery. Yes, the service could have been a bit more welcoming. And it would have been nice with a babychair. But we loved the... More

Good fresh food, juices, and coffee. But PLEASE!! FIX YOUR SERVICE ROSE BAKERY!! Why should we always wait so long to be served even when the place is empty? The waiters will always forget something from your order. It's exhausting. Other than that, I would keep coming often for the food and atmosphere.

I was keen to visit Rose Bakery on my first trip to Paris after having read the book. we enjoyed the food but it is very overpriced for what it is. This is a small cafe but I don't think there is any excuse for it being this untidy. The service was frantic and chaotic and the place could do... More

After walking for an hour in the cold Parisian wind we were looking forward to rest and enjoy a good latte at Rose Bakery in the Marais... Well ... If you are looking for a cozy afternoon break... This place is definitely not the right one. The service was by far the worse we encountered in Paris...not even a "bonjour"... More

Great place with excellent salads, desserts are top quality and in general good fresh food and good baking. A must if you like good wholesome food without processed ingredients. But beware of the queues esp on Sunday or during Fashion Weeks or other such events in Paris. Also if you have very small kids there is not that much room... More

after walking your legs off in Le Marais, you can come here and enjoy a cup of tea and some wonderful piece of cake (easy) and a scone. That's what I did anyway. very relaxed, quiet, a little oasis. friendly service, not too expensive. design is well thought out to make it look spontaneous, like a local grocery store. mind... More

I was not impressed with Rose Bakery. We had lunch there today, omelette's and soup. Both these items were just about OK. With an interior like this, the space is small and narrow and all items in the restaurant are visible and the rather high prices, the service and the food needs to have a certain oomph. This is missing... More

I've been there once for breakfast. Yes they have some different tastes but i didn't get why they're so popular. There is nothing special about the decoration nor they have an unforgettable meal. I had so many special breakfasts around Europe maybe hence I'm not that impressed.

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
