We came here with my girl to have a cocktail and something to eat because we liked the terrace. We ordered a mojito and a bloody mary. Mojito was a premade one, from the ones that you can find in the supermarkets. Bloody mare was just a tomato juice. Since my girl didn't like the bloody mary, she ordered a... More

It was walking distance from our hotel. Thus, we had the classic breakfast here at 8am for a headstart. Breakfast set is 10Euro per set. Croissant, bread, choice of omelette, orange juice and coffee/tea. French owner was friendly and is able to English.

Very nice food, value for money, in a nice area! We ate here twice! They have a 3-course menu for 15.90 only! We tried their vegetable soup, their celery soup, their provencal moules and their quiche as starters! For main course we had their osso bucco and cabillaud dishes with pasta! Everything was very nice! The only thing was that... More

Good spot to sit and watch the world go by. Fairly extensive menu, but at lunch I decided on a steak tartare. Frozen french fries, and few condiments with my steak tartare. Tasty just the same. Hubby had an OK burger, nothing special. Service was fine, we ate mid afternoon after the rush, so the waiter was not very busy.... More

Not a bad spot for a beer or coffee, the service is OK, the cuppa chino is bland and some of the items on the menu are not available. There are better spots in the vicinity.

Nice place on a relatively quite square. Waiters were keen and the food was decent for the price. We had some smoked salmon and an omelette.

This restaurant is beautifully situated next to the Place St Andres des Artes, with outdoor seating under awnings and plane trees. The service is friendly and efficient, and if one is unable to speak French, the waiters are fluent in English (although they do appreciate it, and are very patient if you make the effort to speak a little French).... Sat outside happy hour my first pint of larger, ah I felt I was in typical France. A popular spot each night it was busy, with young groups and couples or one eaters, the food was reasonable only 20.00Euro for starter and main. Good value.

The location of the terrasse is nice. Nothing Gastronomic but the food is ok. Value for money. The waiters are friendly except between themselves. U feel that they work 12h+ per day. Try the andouillettes 😉.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
