We stopped in here for a quick meal shortly after our arrival in Paris. As I have celiac disease and my wife is vegetarian, finding suitable places is always a challenge, but Indian is among the safer cuisines to deal with. My heart sunk when...the server asked, "What's gluten?" in response to my question about the curry's gluten free status. But when I explained what it was, she was sure there was no gluten in curry - which there almost never is. We both enjoyed our meals and the service was quite friendly. We would return if in the area.More

Going to this place was a no-brainer, it was just round the corner from our hotel. Simply superb Indian food. Friendly and very competent staff. Great value for money.

Came across this from searching for nearby restaurants and was very impressed. Lovely decor, generous serves and very helpful staff. Food was very good, great flavours. Note it is Indian / Pakistani, not Indonesian.

The Jardin de L'himalaya is a small and cosy indian restaurant in Paris close to the Bastille area. The food is good value for Paris and the beer selection is also good. Only negative is that the chilli spice level compared to a UK curry is...very low. However, the food was very tasty, I can recommend the Lamb curry and the cheese nan was sublime.More

This restaurant is pretty nice and cozy. The food is very good with a variety of dishes offered. The prize was pretty reasonable and the owner was very friendly. We also tried good beer from India and Sri lanka.
