We tried the tasting menu and asked the waiter to explain things in French. He was patient with us and we appreciated this very much All the courses were excellent and lots of fresh spring ingredients. This is expensive fine dining and well worth it

Every "bite" the haute cuisine and commensurate ambiance that you would expect of a Michelin-rated restaurant in Paris, Le Baudelaire is elegant, gracious with an exciting classic-yet-modern cuisine- and an extensive wine list, not a few within reason. Never have you tasted an appetizer so sublime, so heavenly as the Half-cooked duck foie gras (with seasonal fruits chutney and toasted... More

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Beautiful room, very light and lots of privacy. Service is impeccable and very accommodating to English speakers - very helpful, attentive but discreet. We started with a few appetisers which were delicious. Our first starter was a mushroom salad with onion gel - the flavours were delicate. I then ate the stewed beef with cannelloni stuffed... More

After 4pm, the area near the entrance of the hotel becomes a nice cocktail bar. The cocktail menu is quite long and creative. Definitely good for a cocktail if you are in the area.

This restaurant is inside the burgundy hotel, which itself is a little bit hidden. The restaurant is really well decorated and the food and service are quite good for lunch.

Amazing quality of food and very good, and creative wine selection to go with it. The location itself is very nice and trendy. Considering it is 1 Michelin star in Paris, reasonable value for money. Definitely recommend !

Very pricey, but like most Michelin restaurants, you are paying for the experience. We had the chef's choice menu, which was supposed to be 4 courses but wound up being more like 7. Excellent food and service.

In one of the most vibrant places in Paris, the Burgundy hotel proposes fine food in the Baudelaire restaurant. Luxurious decorating with an arty twist, superb atmosphere and refined tastes. Make sure you go and have a tea time there (everyday from 3pm to 6pm). English scones, petits fours, great pastries. Very beautiful bar. Good value.

My reservation was cancelled as I missed 1 phone call confirming it. No effort was made to contact me further or by any other form of communication. When I called to enquire the lady was rude on the phone. Not the type of service I expect from a restaurant of this calibre!

I usualky do not like to dine where I eat my breakfast, but this was a good exception. Very nice tasting menu, with a good and somewhat unusual wine pairing, like a good rose to the scallops. Absolutely recommended
