Thanks to the boss Alex for this good moment. Always nice to be welcome perfectly and drink some very good wines after his advise. We took a bottle of "l'Argile" white wine from collioure to start and sample some ham tartine. Quality time

This place was very close to Terrass Hotel. It was a great find. Loved the tapas dishes, very fresh and tasty. With good wine and service what else do you need?

We were staying at the nearby Hotel Mercure Montmartre and walked the short distance to this area every night for dinner. We had nightcaps 2 nights back to back at Le Vingt Hueres Vin--and would have returned another night had the place not been packed! We enjoyed the freshest, most delicious (and inexpensive) rose as we sat out on the... More

Found this great little wine bar on Google, we were staying in Montmarte and we're looking for something local. We love our wine and this was a great place to try some local varieties. Being used to Australian blends we needed help choosing from the menu. The owner was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Even though he said he only... More

Outstanding place. The service is excellent, the owner is really friendly, passionate and passionating about wines. The quality of food is great (they prefer a small menu with high quality products). I've been recommending this place to dozens of friends and every one has been convinced. Defintiley the best wine bar in Paris !

Went here at the recommendation of a local Parisian and he couldn't have been more right! This was exactly the vibe we wanted, full of locals and very relaxed but still lively. Not at all pretentious. We weren't terribly hungry so we just ordered a platter of meat and a platter of cheese which ended up being plenty! Came with... More

Montmartre & the Sacré Cœur; After walking around, up & down, right & left for the whole afternoon, I definitely need to chill out; This is the bistro I want to go back to. Alex, the owner welcome & guide me around an astonishing variety of small producer Regional Harvest, Vintages & Forgotten Vine, most of them Natural &/or Organic,... More

We had a great night out at this wine bar. The place isn't fancy, it reminded me of a student bar in the back. You go there for the quality of wine and the great atmosphere. The owner was first class with his knowledge of wines, he came to our table and gave us lots of information and recommendations. There... More

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
