One of the worse service I've ever experienced. The 2 waitresses spoke about their problems for 10 min, not worrying about me what so ever sitting on the terrace in front of them. Finally when one of them came, I could order a coffee. 15...min later I inquired politely why my coffee had not be served. The aggressive reply I got was "c'est comme ca!". I should have mentioned: I was the only customer on the terrasse that Sunday morning... Not only worse but highly unpleasant service. I got up and left. Next to it, to the right when you face this to-be-avoided-place, is a wonderful cafe where all locals go - unfortunately it is closed on Sundays.More

We went on Sunday for brunch to cafe de la presse. It was all fresh generous and delicious!! The buffet was huge and offers all kind of items.. Whether hot with eggs bacon sausages.. Or cold like salads etc.. patisseries, also croissants, pains au chocolat...etc.. There is also plenty of games for kids or all the family.. The bar is really homely and comfortable.. Great cocktails too!! All that only 2 mins walk from famous place de la Bastille.. A must go to for brunch!!!More

We sat down and it was very convenient from our meeting. I was recommended the chicken burger which was really very good. The chips were also good. The service was sadly hit and miss. Bits were great other bits not so. Looked a cool place...though!More
