I've been coming to Camille once a year since about 2012 and it is great for tasty lunch food (I've not been for dinner). Recommended dishes are sausage (looks pink but not due to undercooking) and potatoes in a mustard/vinaigrette dressing, the cured meat platter...More

My company was hosting a group of international students for a cultural activity in the area. For all of these students, it was the first time in France, on the first day of a weeklong trip. One group of students decided to have a drink...More

Camille is my 'go to' spot in Paris, it always delivers and the staff are reassuringly aragant and rude, just as Parisians should be. The menu is uncomplicated and the wine list doesn't takewine sommelier course to understand. Highly recommended

Very romantic to sit outside in the spring. The service and food were good and they were very accommodating of children. I'd recommend if you're in Le Marais.

I came upon this restaurant after a visit to the Maison de Victor Hugo. I thought I'd try and find somewhere cheaper to eat than the Place de Vosges, but actually the prices here were pretty much on a par. It's a typical Parisian brasserie....More

I have been eating here for 25 years and the menu didn’t change much and so the decor. Steaks, kidney, tartare of beef, great salads, Onion soup, duck breast are among the classics here. So if you are looking for a very French bistro in...More

I have eaten a few times at this nice neighbourhood restaurant. However, I do think that prices are getting a bit too high. Yes, one gets real cotton napkins, but neither my tartar nor my mother's fish of the day were extraordinary. Thankfully I noticed...More
