This hidden restaurant just behind the rue Mouffetard will fill you with pure happiness. The quality of food was extraordinary (the St-Jacques especially), the staff very attentive and the restaurant very charming. The price is higher than the usual restaurants in the area (main dish:...24Euro) but the experience was every cent worth.More

This nicely placed restaurant (terrace is great for summer) is cozy and offers delicate food and good wines. Remarkable the iberico pork pluma. Reasonably priced for the quality they offer with good service, the ancient atmosphere contributes to the authenticity of the place. I like...the wine list and recommend the Crozes-Hermitage, which is a try find.More

We spotted this one while strolling about searching for likely restaurants. It's a little more expensive than our usual dining places, so we picked it for my birthday. Perfect! Slightly formal but charming service. I ordered mostly in French, from one of the set menus,...which restricted our choices considerably. We were so pleased with the atmosphere and food that we returned and this time ordered a la carte. I was very pleased with my onglet de boeuf and my daughter said her tiny squid were the best thing she'd ever eaten. A better selection of red than white wine; my Bourgueil and Chinon were excellent and not too expensive.More

We arrived at 2pm for lunch and were seated cheerfully (well as cheerfully as staff generally is in Paris) and offered the full lunch menu even though a sign (in French) clearly stated that after 2 all you could get was some charcuterie. Service was...perfectly gracious and the Poitrine de porc confite was one of the more memorable things we had this trip to Paris, Utterly delicious. A very pleasant room and a nice location steps from the Rue Mouffetard but relatively un-touristy.More

We arrived to this restaurant by hasard (like often it is the case). It is nicely placed above a little square and very calm, no traffic on the surrounding streets. The food was good and we were served quite rapidly. the welcoming was correct. Not...the "waouh" experience but we appreciated in being in a calm place. Prices correct as well.More

We came late on a Sunday night with no reservations but the staff was very accommodating. The meal was nice and the atmosphere was very Sunday evening in Paris. As a tourist I know too many tourists spoil the broth, but that was not a...problem.More

Can't review the food as we waited 40 minutes with just a menu. No service. No drinks. I don't think they liked us.

We arrived as 2 couples looking to have our last dinner in Paris, we were given a table in the corner and that’s all that happened. We were left unattended totally ignored not even offered a drink. I certainly won’t be going there again.

Really enjoyed this restaurant tucked away off the busy streets. The owner and staff did an excellent job of accommodating our group of 25 people. We had reservations and arrived a bit early before opening time. But they could see we were a bit cold...outside on the terrace and invited us in early so as not to be in the cold. The staff tried very hard to please although little or no English is spoken. The good thing is their menu all in French has a code on it so that if your electronic device has a reader, you can scan the code and get the menu in English. Also, you can access a menu in English from the restaurant's website so I would advise you do that, maybe, even before going. The beef filet was excellent as was the creamy risotto with Parmesan cheese. They have set menus and a la carte.More

Walking down the street near by we were attracted by a lovely terrasse just above a small park. The restaurant was busy but we got a table. Great food, nice service. The choice or dishes and wine was great. Very casual traditional french food with...a "summerish" twist. The deserts in partnership with Pierre Herme were just amazing.. we enjoyed a great wine and the total bill was very reasonable. I would recommend to book especially to enjoy the lovely terrasse a great al fresco experience in a very quiet areaMore
