Woke up on a Saturday morning needing some good grub to get going. The menu is simple and reasonably priced. The pancakes, Norwegian style eggs Benedict, and the California Chicken burger all got high marks.

I used to eat there quite a lot but the food and the service is not as good as it used to be. It is still a cute place to have lunch, brunch or grab a coffee.

We called in here for brunch after checking out of our hotel on our last day in Paris and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. If somewhere is so confident in their breakfast dishes that they don't feel the need to open until noon, you know they're something special. The Eggs Benedict is simply the... More

The burgers when great, are one of the best in paris, but when the restaurant is busy they dont serve the best food. Would recommend for American comfort food in paris.

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming, the place is cute too. However we ordered chicken quesadilla and club sandwich and maybe we were not lucky as we went for late lunch at 5 pm, but both were not edible.

For a brunch on a Sunday where everything is closed, it offers good value and local ambience. The owner speaks English, the food is nothing spectacular. All in all, friendly atmosphere and very French.

Went to Coffee Parisien one Sunday afternoon, for some eggs Benedict. In one word... Excellent! And then tried the cheesecake too and I was not disappointed. Definitely worth going for the great food!

While in Paris on a week-end, do as trendy Parisians do: brunch at Coffe Parisien in St Germain des Prés (rue Pincesse) or in the 16th district (5mn away from Trocadéro Metro station). You'll enjoy especially the spinach salad & the famous Eggs Benedict !!!

Staying in Trocadero

Neighbourhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendour, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
