Very good service and top quality of pastry and cakes, also nice coffee of course, just the hard seating is not very comfortable. The staff speak very good English. This refers to the basic part of Fauchon around the corner. Would come back any time.

Fauchon is a combination of food store/dessert shop. If you're wanting more solid or savory food, there is a deli upstairs (it looked fairly expensive). But downstairs, it's this wonderland of desserts. Seriously, the food is so beautiful. It was worth visiting, even if you...More

The macarons are a wonder, the pastries a work of art and delicious to savor. But it's the chestnuts that make me practically swoon. Large plump chestnuts from Italy, soaked for days in sugar and bourbon vanilla, then iced and dried and individually wrapped. A...More

Mouth wateringly delicious two level store filled with fresh delicacies, chocolates, pastries, candied fruit, jams, honeys, mustards, meats, etc., etc. Definitely a great place for delicacies as a gift or for yourself to savor!

Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle

modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
