Good service from friendly staff. Food was authentic and the Redang was particularly good. Well worth a visit if you are in that part of town.

We came in and was treated with utmost rudeness unworthy of explaining. The Nasi Goreng Ayam didn't have proper chicken and thus massively overpriced. We had wanted to move tables as it was close to the door and cold. The staff asked us to check the other table and then he told us it was reserved and grumpily gave us... More

We visit d Indonesia Restaurant two times during our stay in Paris. The location is easy to find and close to odeon metrostation but also close to Luxembourg Gardens. The restaurant inside looks like a throwback to Java or Bali Resto. The staff is friendly and they are also quick in serving. The menu is not so big but that's... More

We were here on a Saturday and it was rather quiet. We ordered the Nasi Ayam goreng, nasi sate, nasi rendang. While waiting, we were served the prawn crackers and drinking water. The food were great and in big portion. It tastes as good as those in Indonesia. The waiter was rather informal and constantly checking on us if we... More

A small discreet place which in the outside doesn't look like much. We had seen reviews which suggested it was very good but wondered whether we had made a good choice... The place was empty but a lot of the tables had 'reserved' signs. The dinner menu doesn't have many choices but we chose the dumplings for starters and had... More

The food you get tastes very authentic in this family-operated restaurant. The waiter is very attentive and the meal was delicious. Try the caramelized banana in coconut cream for dessert - that alone was worth the visit.

It was a very nice experience starting from the food to the services. All was super good. We had launch break here and tasted several dishes - no regrets or dissapointment for the choice or the taste. Highly recommended place.

We stayed in Paris for six days and we ate at Indonesia twice. The food was amazing but the service was even better. Both servers were polite and good at there job. Very engaged in your meal and cleared our table when we were finished ( which can be a problem at most restaurants in Paris). I only wish they... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
