My wife and I went there for dinner. Excellent, not only food, which is above all the 3 stars restaurant I have tried, but also the service. Mr. Pascal served our table for the night; he solved our hesitation on food that we wanted to...More

We had six *** meals in six days - Our winners were L’Ambroisie for its classical and perfect elegance with the food, service and location all in sync. L’Astrance - a bit more creative twists - and L’Epicure, top level cuisine with a slightly more...More

We had a spectacular lunch at L’Ambroisie a few days back. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I absolutely loved my langoustines in a light curry sauce and dover sole with white truffles. We also found a bottle of delicious white Burgundy on the...More

Chef Bernard Pacaud has truly reach the summit of his craft. Dishes here are ala carte. I had the bass , artichoke and caviar sauce. Simply divine. 3 stars for sure.

It's very hard to explain the appeal of L'Ambroisie. On the one hand, it's not a restaurant that you can just go to once to really enjoy. You have to return again and again and again before you begin to appreciate the subtle nuances of...More

A beautiful and comfortable restaurant. We passed by at lunch time with no reservation and the staff were nice to accommodate us. A truly classy restaurant with highly qualified staff. We had the Langoustines, the Arlequine vegetale, and shared a Volaille de Bresse. We finished...More

We were a party of four dining in August 2017. The location is spectacular and the dining room sumptuous if somewhat (French) old fashioned. The staff were cordial ad correct but helpful. The food was very good but, save for the langoustine dish, not exceptional....More

We were very excited to have dinner at this restaurant while in Paris, but unfortunately were disappointed by the overall experience given the ratings and price for the meal. One expects more from a 3 star Michelin rated restaurant in Paris. To be fair, the...More
