The food was excellent and great value at 38 Euros for a three course menu. Unfortunately (whether it was just the "Parisienne way" or a language issue) the service was rude. I would recommend the restaurant for the food but not if you want the "perfect experience"!

Loved eating here. We were really lucky and we moved to a table on the end so we had plenty of space. The food was to die for. The soup to start was the best soup I've ever had. Would return and also recommend to others.

It seems to be a very popular place and it was all full and the tables were filled as soon as they were freed (luckily I had reservations). Very good food with good choice of daily dishes. Very interesting appetizers: Pheasant pate and scallops in shell. Reasonably priced: less then 100e for two people with one glass of wine (no... More

We had a good meal but nothing extraordinary. We appreciated that there was a kids menu with a good quality steak. The wine was average for the price. The waitress was very active and fluent in both English and French.

I had some trouble finding a place for New Year's Eve dinner. I emailed few restaurants but L'ardois replied promptly and friendly. I immediately booked with them. The restaurant is warm and inviting. Staff were great. We had a set menu for nye which was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it. You could tell the chef chose the menu based on... More

In an area of Paris with expensive hotels, this is a great oasis for excellent french food frequented by locals rather than some tourist trap- book early because small. Full menu is reasonably priced. Nice wine selection- fresh meats and fish- foie gras divine

Excellent cooking. Very reasonably priced(38 euros for a three course set menu in large portion). Staffs speak English perfectly and are very good at giving recommendation. We enjoyed every single dish they suggested.

We have been traveling from Munich and Zurich. While some meals were good, this has been our favorite. Limited menu but everything I tasted was great from the appetizers to the desserts. Wonderful flavors and sauces. Fixed price menus and some special items. We had five adults so a lot of dishes to taste. Highly recommended.

Recommended by the hotel concierge for Christmas night and it didn't disappoint. Very reasonable and delicious 3 course menu. Service felt a little hurried or it would have been a full 5/5

Found this place by recommendation of our concierge and can recommend it to everybody. Small place with cozy atmosphere, nice service in English and very, very good food for reasonable prices.
