At lunch and dinner there is a three courses menu priced 39 euros, while the restaurant's neighbor, the Affable, has a cheaper two lunch menu. However La Ferme Saint Simon offers half bottles of mineral water, cheaper for a single person. I had an amuse-bouche, very good mignardises, an interesting starter, sea bram as main dish with an asparagus delicious... More

First thing I have to say about this restaurant is that is located in a nice and quiet place, it is comfortable and spacey compared to other bistros, the service is excellent and the food is great. It is a little bit pricey compared to others in the neighborhood, but you have a reasonable menu for dinner and lunch, for... More

We made reservations at a couple of Michelin two-star restaurants for our last night in Paris but after looking at the menus and prices we decided that for our party we'd spend a lot of money and at least one of our group would probably not find anything they like to eat. Thanks to the folks at our hotel (Signature... More

I liked its warm welcome this place gave to us and a friendly manager made us very comfortable. Food was traditional French food with lots of heavy cream and cheese. You will find typical French dishes on menu, but they prepare all dishes very carefully with passion. I could feel it their pride and care from each dish, which I... More

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at this gem of a restaurant. The food was excellent and the service charming - a high point was the description of the cheeses on the magnificent cheese trolley. The choice of wines was broad and thoughtful. Make time to visit but book ahead to ensure a table!

We had a delightful and delicious meal here tonight on a recommendation from a colleague. We started with the shrimp ravioli. It was light and full of complex flavor. We followed it with the John Dory for two. The fish was baked to perfection, boned for us and served with a brown butter, lemon sauce with creamy mashed potatoes on... More

We found this restaurant in a quiet street not far from our hotel and so glad we went in, menu is typically French with set menu €39 for 3 courses for dinner. They also brought little extras such as appetizers and mini sweets to finish which was lovely as unexpected. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting St Germain area.

We enjoyed dinner here for our 20th anniversary. Lovely presentation of food, great service. Recommended by our hotel, this is obviously a more "local " and less touristy place. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were perfect! Would definitely visit again when we return to Paris.

Our concierge at the Duc de Saint Simon Hotel recommended this upscale bistro just down the street. Mostly filled with Parisians, this is a gem in this neighborhood. The lovely ambiance (white tablecloths, low lighting) fit the excellent food served by friendly (yes, in Paris) well-versed staff. If you are in or going to the Saint Germain-de-pres district, worth a... More
