We had stopped in because of the great reviews and we were craving Indian food. We were in a hurry and wanted to order take away. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted despite the fact it was during dinner rush. We ordered and got our food within 10 mins for 7 people! Just phenomenal service.... More

Absolutely love this place ! Me and my sister went on a short trip to Paris, we wanted a halal restaurant serving pakistani food, we were lucky to have found New Balal. The food was very tasty and the service was great. High recommended.

A classy and fine indo-pak cuisine restaurant with great service and ambience among the other indian restaurants in Paris.Average menu rates are at 18euros.Food is tasty, quantity is not at par with price.

A very decent Indian cum pakistani dining with taste close to native food but do not bring the real flavours. This place should get real praise for its hospitality... A warm and cozy corner with smiling faces serving good. Welcome drink is real good ! If in Paris and looking for a Indian food, cn give a shot !!

It is actually hard not to use a bad word, but I will behave. The reason is that words like great, awesome staff, magnificante tastes and wonderfull classic interior becomes a little dull. Will I come back? Everytime I am in Paris. Try it :D

Restaurant was around the corner from our hotel, close to Galerie Lafayette. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. They were able to adjust the spice level. The serving size is large and filling. This place is just amazing. Would recommend it if you like Indian food, or if it is your... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
