Finally found that place! Perfectly balanced flavors at lunch. We shared the escargot, ravioli and artichoke heart tart. All exceptional, the recommended wines were perfect. Excellent service!

Have eaten at this tiny restaurant for 20+ years, it is now on it's third set of owners. The current owners knew they had a good thing going at this gem and only minor changes to the menu appear. I can still order the au gratin parmesan dauphine raviolis and my husband still orders the artichoke tart - it is... More

We went here last minute for a late dinner on New Year's Eve and are so happy we did!!! It was the best meal we had the entire week we were in Paris. This place is a gem for the area, which is full of tourist trap restaurants. I recommend the foie gras - it has fig in it and... More

This little restaurant near the Seine is a hidden gem. We booked an early dinner reservation and enjoyed watching the guests arrive and the place fill up with couples and families. The portions are generous and the staff attentive. Be sure to order the beet appetizer, a tower of sliced beets, apples and goat cheese. The impressive wine list is... More

Don't miss this charming little restaurant/bistro in the 5th arrondissement. Down a little side-street off the Seine, it is a place for locals as well as visitors and features classic French food and incredible desserts.

This lovely little restaurant has exceeded my expectations by far. We booked quite far in advance and the restaurant was fully booked on the night that we were there. The restaurant has a small and cosy atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would definitely recommend this place and will most definitely be back on my next visit to... More

We walked in without a reservation on a Tuesday evening. Small tables, small dining room, friendly and cozy. Although there are combination prix-fixed dinners, we ordered separately and shared everything Our appetizers were the Salade de haricots écrevisse and the Terrine de canards. We also shared a bottle of their Languedoc Mercerie which, after a couple of minutes to breathe,... More

I have been in le petit pontoise with my husband. The food is alright except for the apetizers.....it was not very good. The main course was quite good but a very disturbing thing was the lady waiter who kept touching my glasses of wine and water with their bare hands.... it's not something I tolerate.... This also concerns the ham... More

Bonjour, Thank you for your review. As regards the appetizers, you should have told us and if there was a problem, we would have changed it to you.. For the waitress, I am very surprised as we have very strict rules concerning hygiene as we are regularly audited by an independant company who spread messages to all the team. We... More

First night in Paris after a long flight so this petit cafe was perfect. My roast chicken with mash was perfect for a winters evening and the 'lucy's' enjoyed the scallops with Provençal sauce! Wonderful friendly hosts.
