A charming little bistro on Rue Paul Bert. Reasonable prices, relaxed atmosphere, quick service and delicious food. What do we need more?

Walked past this place for the past few nights and it is only small with eight tables. Tonight we were lucky to get a table fir two when we turned up on spec . Service was fine , but cooks Ng was exquisite. This is a one chef restaurant , plus one from my of house . The chef is... More

We ate a really nice dinner in this quiet small bistro, The food was good and the service was nice. Le temps au Temps is not less good than it's more famous neighbor bistro in the other side of the street but is certainly more reasonably priced and much less hustle and bustle. I would be glad to come back... More

There are many restaurants rue Paul Bert and in the adjacent streets. Bistro Paul Bert offered at lunch a moderately priced menu which tempted me but I preferred the 'Le temps au temps' as for 19 euros one has a two courses lunch WITH A HALF BOTTLE OF MINERAL WATER. I remembered with pain that many places in Paris as... More

As students in Paris, we were on the hunt for places to have truly magnificent cuisine without breaking the bank on the big-name restaurants. We did our research, this is one of the spots we picked, and we were just blown away! The lunch menu was simply extraordinary. The steak, the cod, and the asparagus soup had to be tasted... More

Having eaten previously on this street we tried this one tonight. It is literally metres from Hotel Boutet. The welcome was great and the food exceptional. It was a quiet evening perhaps because of the pouring rain outside but the restaurant was a delightful place to spend an evening with good well cooked food. Yhis is by farcthe best food... More

There are few vegetarian options on the menu, but when I asked for something vegetarian, the chef put together a most interesting and tasteful dish.

The first time we dined at Le Temps Au Temps, we were amazed that you could have an epicurean feast in warm, cozy surroundings at a bargain basement price. The following times we visited, it felt like coming home. Everything is wonderfully prepared, delicious beyond words and the welcome is warm and inviting. A tiny space, but convivial and charming.... We had no reservations. We went first to the restaurant Paul Bert. Where we were greeted by an insanely rude little man. Who had no room in the inn, despite a litany of open tables. Impossible said he and rudely dismissed us. We walked across the street to small French restaurant heaven. So kind, so delicious. I can't say anymore.... More

Thanks to my friend Pierre, I discovered this gem of a restaurant. It is tiny (very tiny), not always open (make sure you book a table), the menu is renewed every day with fresh ingredients. There is a menu formula including wine. Do not get out without trying the deserts !!
