This restaurant promised a lot but ultimately failed to deliver. It is small and we had a table for six that stuck out into the street with the double doors open and seats that had no backs. An accident waiting to happen possibly. However, I'm not saying it was bad, far from it. Le Patron was an interesting chap, definitely... More

Had dinner on business. Setting is small with only 2ish covers. Walls covered in wine bins and wine clearly one of the main features of the place. Menu is short featuring many of the classic French options. I had foie gras, entrecôte and coupe Normande. All delicious, efficient and friendly service. The wine we had was also excellent and good... More

Hidden in a small side street with just 20 or so seats. Nice, friendly service, English menu in their app, additional help from the staff when needed. Honest, good food, huge portions and relaxing ambience. Worth a visit, definitely!

We stopped in this restaurant because a friend that often visits Paris recommended it. We were told that the wine list is great, and I have to say that the bottle we ordered was probably our favorite that we had during our week's stay in Paris ( and we tried a lot)! We ordered the cheese and charcuterie plate as... More

Very friendly staff went out if their way to accommodate our non French speaking group with large bags and appetites. Small tables with padded stools below a sign recommending that we eat well to reduce the chances of being kidnapped. Duck was slightly overcooked and vegetables could have been mashed with a cheap plastic fork. Everything else was excellent including... More

The food is simple yet delicious. Staples of French cuisine cooked to perfection with excellent ingredients. The choice of wine is excellent to suit every meal you could have and the homemade desserts are just delicious. What is also a great plus for this restaurant is the staff: kind and helpful but not overbearing. Highly recommended.
