We had dinner with friends in the covered terrace with view of the gardens. As it was cold and windy we could not take advantage of the gardens . The terrace... More

A splendid mansion combined with a splendid private garden right in the middle of the aristocratic 7th Arrondissement in Paris. The ideal setting for seminars, conferences, exhibitions or private events.

What can you ask for? Delightful food in a gorgeous garden setting on a sunny day. My wife and I experienced a excellent lunch in this outdoor setting today. Started with the soups which was like a velouté wig smoked duck. Both enjoyed. Main was fish, she the dourade and me the cod. Again enjoyed greatly. Walked the lovely garden... More

During the black militar time in Brasil this place was an oasis where the ideas could be expressed...but I didn't know about the restaurant. I went there the first time a couple of years ago, during a brazilian photo exhibition. It was a nice surprise!an elegant restaurant. The menu a classical bistrot but in a very charming place

By far the most astonishing aspect of this restaurant is its setting overlooking a private garden in an 18th-century hotel particulier in the heart of Paris. To come in off the bustling Boulevard Saint Germain and find yourself transported to an oasis of spacious, orderly green tranquility is a completely unexpected delight. Be sure to allow time to stroll around... More

On the Boulevard Saint Germain, between rue de Bellechasse and rue du Bac (in the 7th arrondissement, a few blocks from Museé d'Orsay)) there is a building called La Maison de l'Amerique Latine which houses an association dedicated to Latin Amercian cultural events (arts shows, library, etc.) Nothing on the building indicates it, but there is a restaurant in the... Booked on the morning. My french isnt great, but they managed to get someone who spoke english to say that my requested time might make a rushed lunch, so i changed to an earlier time which i thought was very kind. When i arrived, i was impressed at how beautiful the setting was, in a garden. It was very pretty,... More
