This excellent restaurant - a Paris institution is now definitively closed. It's a real shame, we will miss Harold and his unique personality and the wonderful classic French food.
We went by multiple times between 3/16/17 and 3/21/17 and the concierge at our hotel called. There has been no response and there is no indication the restaurant is open There are no signs on the door about vacation, etc. and no menus posted.

Took a trip to this restaurant at the recommendation of our hotel and exceeded our expectations. The owner was hands on, accommodating,witty, funny but most of all a food genius. You have to have the scallops. The presentation is amazing. We will be back
