What a restaurant! My fiancé and I went for a lunch to celebrate our engagement and could not have been happier with the experience. The service was impeccable - polished (as you might expect), but with a warm, personal touch. The food was incredible - the lunch menu was excellent value and very interesting. The wine list was extensive and... More

This is a famous 3 star Michelin restaurant and it was fantastic. We ate at several top restaurants in Paris recently and this is easily the best. The food is amazing in its complexity and adventure and is successful. The ambience is elegant and welcoming and the staff are excellent. Highly recommended.

My family and I visited Pierre Gagniare for lunch, to try to get the famous Michelin-star experience for a bit less than dinner would have run. We were not disappointed. The restaurant, in the Hotel Balzac, is a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and is quiet and beautifully appointed. The staff, despite us being in walking-around clothes, greeted... More

Booked after seeing the restaurant on a James Martin programme and after a recommendation from a friend. The restaurant itself is sublime, the atmosphere welcoming and the staff are first class without being intrusive, nice suits as well! The menu itself is dazzling and plenty of options. We went for one of the tasting menus and had a fabulous meal.... More

We visited for my husband's 50th birthday for lunch. The food was amazing - so many techniques to each dish. The service was friendly and unpretentious. There were so many different parts to the lunch and each one was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. We left full and very satisfied. Well worth the money for a celebration meal.

I was invited by my good friends for my bday in this restaurant. It was great, great meal, lots of different taste, definitely a cooking style that I've never tried before and I liked it very much! Taste was full of surprise but in a very good way. One of my friend has LOTS of diet restrictions and they were... More

This place is a very nice looking restaurant with impeccable service, very professional staff, and an impressive selection of food. Unlike the regular tasting menu, the food comes out in batches based on theme. So if that dish is a particular fish for example, each of the two to five little dishes will feature that fish or a particular extraction... More
