My boyfriend and I were very nervous in choosing a place to eat, we have never been to Paris before and our french is not amazing. However our server, Christopher, was brilliant! He made it easy and relaxing for us, and was extremely attentive to...us. He singlehandedly made our first restaurant experience enjoyable. The prices are a little expensive, especially the alcohol, however I’m not certain whether it is considered expansive for Paris.More

We needed to eat a little early so we could catch a train at Gare Montparnasse. The lady who runs the restaurant was very friendly & very welcoming. We tried one of the daily specials (choucroute) & a wild game dish. service was very good,...food was reasonable & tasty. This is a short walk from the station,More

Happy hour with 5€ pints, including Paulaner. The waiter who looks a bit indian and keeps playing jokes on customers brought 2 pints of Stella when we had ordered Paulaner. We told him it was not Paulaner and he inaisted it was clearly what we...had ordered. Finally he said we didn't know anything about beer. Incredible, I had never been insulted like that in any other place, not even in the rest of Paris.More

Dropped in here on spec and were seated straight away. We ordered a salad each and they came fairly quickly along with a pitcher of white wine. If I'm being honest I wasn't expecting too much from my duck salad but it was really tasty...and really filling. I would eat here again even though it didn't look quite as smart as some of the other restaurants.More

Visited with friends. The atmosphere was nice for a pub-diner and the service generally good. I ordered my burger medium/well but when I started eating I noticed it was fairly raw in the middle, but rather than send it back I ate it. When I...got home I had diarrhoea for a week which I have attributed to my raw burger.More

Excellent fresh and tasty food, the entrecote was enormous and juicy. Cosy pub ambience with nice latino music inside and wonderful staff. Would come back here definitely! Thanks :)

I didn't expect much, but the magret de canard was really good. Staff friendly and order brought quickly.

The onion soup was quite plain, nothing special. The Burger was served to one of my college was row. My plate of fois grass was good, the canard and wild pigs plates looked good, while the wine was mediocrely for the price. Generally for location...reasons and because it was crowded was good. The waitress was incredibly good at remembering all 15 orders without writing a note. No good for business, too noisy.More

Nice place for a meal at the heart of Montparnasse quartier. We visited there twice for dinner and tried cocktails and very good burgers, specially the one with blue cheese, tender and perfectly cooked, served with crispy fries. We find the service quite decent even...at the peak hours.More
