Visited here with my husband and had a super meal, everything tasted fresh and beautifully presented. Real Japanese food, my only complaint would be the tempura was soggy because it was left in the sauce,I prefer it crispy, but an absolutely unforgettable meal and we will be back. The waiter was very attentive and a credit to the restaurant.

This little restaurant jewel offers the festival of tastes that enable you to travel to Japan while staying in Paris. The waiter was welcoming and the place is small but cosy. We got the menu for 45€ and we have also taken the delicious yuzu/sake cocktail for 12€. You got for this price 8(?) dishes to share including mostly fish,... More

Down from Baton Rouge Pigalle feww days ago, we hoped in Momoka... For a unique experience of Japanese cuisine. We're not talking your usual suhis or Sashimis but the complete span of exquisite creation Japan can offer. Absolutly magnificent!

This is a Japanese restaurant with "attitude". There are two locations on the same street because it was very successful and needed to expand. The food is good but we found it to be "pretentious". We love Japanese food. We have travelled to Japan and we were somewhat disappointed. That being said, it is a hit with the Parisians.

The menu with dessert was very good, including about 15 different portions. Well-balanced flavors. Friendly service and stylish decor.

I like the atmosphere and the environment in general. The service was pretty good. The lack of english speakers made it difficult to order food. The set menu's were really savoury and tasty. In general Quality-Service it was really good. shame on the staff's language skills and a bit overpriced. Still would come back again.

Our B&B hosts recommeded this restaurant. It is very small and a bit difficult to find as the signage is on the window only. But what a delightful taste experience. No sushi or deep frying here only the real Japanese dishes that the owner learned from her mother as a child. We wanted to eat lightly and they agreed that... More

Had dinner here from hotel recommendation. Staff did not speak English to help me with menu. Was here on business so sat at the counter looking into the kitchen. Staff was friendly and lots of finger gestures later, figured out what to order. Turns out there was 3 fixed menu options starting at 45 euros; which I picked. All I... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
