It was a very good surprised to see something different in Paris!
I had never eaten Argentinian food and it was delicious!
Most of the staff speaks Spanish and they're very kind.
The food is good and with good portions.
If you have had enough of over priced food covered in over done sauces produced to part wealthy tourists from their Euros then this place is a breath of fresh air. It is dowdy and the decor etc. is passed its best. The food and...the wine are very good and it is excellent value for money. It served me the best chips (fries/frites) I have had in Paris and, being English, I am a chip gourmand. Local workers eat lunch and dinner here. The service is friendly and helpful. A Parisian restau for Parisians selling food with an Argentinian theme. It is closed on Sundays, on Mondays and Saturdays it is evening/night only otherwise 0830 to 0200.More
Great service, great ambience, great food and average- parisian - prices . What else?
We arrived a bit earlier than scheduled so we had to wait some 30 minutes before having a table. Then we decided to go for a bottle of wine (29 euros...ouch)...and to try a couple of empanadas. Vey tasty wine and very tasty empanadas in a nice and cosy ambience (still, some peanuts would have been appreciated).
After getting our table we ordered a Parrilla for 2 (some 39 euros). The meat was very tasty and copious, served with home made fries and salade. I loved it!
We finished our meal with a dulce de leche flan and a coffee.
Around 40 euros per person (including wine).
The staff was very helpful and smiling. I enjoyed speaking spanish with them :-)
I really enjoyed this restaurant, as you can enjoy tasty Argentinian meat and wine in a relax "brasserie" like ambiance. Waitress are quite nice and smiling which is always something enjoyable. We spend a very pleasant evening with some friends over. I'll surely go back...to enjoy more of this Argentinian brasserie!More
This place was recommended by a good Parisian friend. It didn't let me down. Great for coffee and pastry to watch the world go by. Located in a very cool area of Paris, this is ideal for people watching.
We really enjoyed our dinner: friendly atmosphere and good food, better than expected. We tasted a large choice and all was good, even the caipi. This is not a fancy place, it fits well with the argentinian menu. We will come back.
